No minimums! We just want our fix. 

2. Turnaround Time?

My (Matthew Pillow) standard turn-around time is currently 5-10 business days from the time that payment is received. The term “standard turnaround” refers to orders which are our (Zom Print Shop) standard that doesn’t include additional services on the order. If you (Client) have a specific deadline (please see rush order terms) that you (Client) need to have met, please notify me (Matthew Pillow) (by text, call, or e-mail) when placing your order. Taking more than 24 hours for approving your order will add to your (Client) turnaround time. Rush Fees may apply to orders needing a quicker turnaround time than what our standard turnaround time offers. I (Matthew Pillow) will not be held responsible for missing deadlines due to weather conditions, power supply interruptions, vendor shortages and errors, shipping errors, or any acts of God. If I (Matthew Pillow) expect or foresee any problems in advance, I (Matthew Pillow) will be sure to notify you (Client) and work with you (Client) to rectify them

3. What can we print?

We can print on an assortment of items. We of course print the following: t-shirts, crewneck sweaters, canvas tote bags, sweatpants, specific towels*, onesies, baby bibs, and most things that are able to stick on our platens.

4. Shipping/Delivery?

Pick-up, delivery, and shipping are doable.

5. What is the best way to place an order?

Honestly, The best place to place an order is to submit a form for a quote. This begins the process of getting in contact with us. You will more than likely receive a call from one of us after the form is emailed to us so we can iron out any details. 

6. What is the best way to get/stay in touch?

Contacting us via a mobile device such as a phone call or text would be the best way to get or stay in touch.

7. Do I need to have a design?

No, we’re able to do custom art in our shop. 

8. Do you offer dropshipping/fulfillment services?

No.
